The 95% alumina heating support insulator is mainly used to support and fix the discharge electrodes frame in the dust collector, and to ensure the sealing of the flue to prevent flue gas leakage; especially for low-temperature dust removal equipment, because it comes with The heating device is attached to the surface of the porcelain insulator, which can directly conduct heat conduction and heat radiation to the porcelain insulator when it is energized, and improve the effective absorption of heat by the porcelain insulator (different from the traditional heating method using a heating bypass tube). Under normal circumstances, after 3 hours of preheating, the temperature of the inner wall of the porcelain insulator can be maintained at about 150°C, so that the water vapor in the flue gas is difficult to condense and adhere to the inner wall of the porcelain insulator, and avoid the surface flash caused by the condensed water vapor The occurrence of winding phenomenon improves the service life and high voltage stability of the porcelain insulator. 

Comparing with the 95% alumina ceramic insulator and the 50% ceramic insulator and quartz ceramic insulator, heating supporting insulator has: 

1. Better compactness, excellent surface finish, effectively preventing the adsorption of powdered dust and the penetration of moisture. 

2. Higher insulation resistance 

3. Excellent pressure resistance, at room temperature, pressure resistance ≥ 500 

4. Excellent thermal shock resistance, can withstand higher flue gas temperature, and there is no abnormality in operation in flue gas of 400℃ and below.
